Dr. Allison Jarrett
Dr. Allison Jarrett is originally from Beckley, West Virginia, and attended West Virginia University for both her undergraduate and graduate studies, obtaining a Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree in 2016. Following her time at WVU, Dr. Jarrett completed a general practice residency at St. Francis Hospital in Hartford, Connecticut. After residency, Dr. Jarrett moved to Kentucky where she worked in private practice for three years before moving back home to the mountain state.
Dr. Emily Black
Dr. Emily Black is a West Virginia University graduate, earning her undergraduate degree in exercise physiology, followed by a Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 2017. She completed a residency in advanced education of general dentistry at the University of Cincinnati, then entered private practice in Morgantown, WV, for four years before heading home to Charleston to serve her friends and neighbors.
Jovanna Bounds - Hygienist
Jovanna is from Pennsylvania and graduated from Connellsville High School in 2001. She attended WV Institute of Technology and earned an associate degree in dental hygiene in 2003. She has worked in Family Dentistry since 2004 and enjoys working with patients of all ages.
Deontria Harris - Hygienist
Deontria graduated from South Charleston High School in 2020 and earned an Associate Degree in Dental Hygiene from BridgeValley Community and Technical College in 2024. She began her career in pediatric dentistry and now enjoys caring for patients of all ages. Outside of work, she loves indoor cycling, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.
Loretta Blake - Dental Assistant
Loretta has been a certified dental assistant since 2006. Born and raised in Lewis County, Loretta graduated from Lewis County High School. She has two adult daughters and resides in Clay County with her husband. In her free time, Loretta enjoys spending time with her family, camping and fishing!
Tara Richmond - Dental Assistant
Tara has been a part of our team since 2018 and graduated from the Carver Career and Technical Education Center with the highest honors in her class. Committed to making sure that every patient is comfortable with their treatment, Tara makes a point to explain the upcoming procedure and answer any question you may have with a smile!
Jasmine Davis - Dental Assistant
Jasmine has been a certified dental assistant for seven years. Her favorite part of her role is helping people conquer their fears of the dentist through kindness and encouragement! Outside of work, Jasmine enjoys spending time with her dog and loved ones, as well as reading and traveling!
